ArteIncontro S.r.l. in conformity with the art 10 law 675/96, declares that all personal data collected is used to register the user and is treated in compliance with electronic Data Protection regulations. The transfer of personal data is compulsory to allow access to the electronic services offered by ArteIncontro S.r.l. The customer has the statutory rights as per law 675/96 (art.13).

The checkout
After clicking on a trolley, you are taken to the checkout. Click on the image (insert image) to remove an item from the trolley. Inside the trolley there is a summary of information on each book (title, availability and price).
If you are not a Bocca Club member, click on “continue” to continue the purchase.
If you are a Bocca Club member , insert your personal code and password and click “Enter”.
Joining the Bocca Club
It is possible to join the Bocca Club from the orders page. The registration allows 20% discount on all purchases from the web site except titles in “Special Offers”. To register click on “Become a member” and fill in the form.
After logging in, you will return to the trolley.
If you are not a Bocca Club’s member, you must fill in the personal information form including the delivery address.
Gifts
If you want to give a book as a present, by the address, select the option “This is a gift”.
You will be given the option to write a card to be sent with the order.
If you wish to receive the invoice separately, you should indicate this in the personal information form

Bocca Bookshop accepts all major credit cards. All transactions are encrypted. Bocca Bookshop does not assume any responsibility for the fraudulent use of credit cards.

Returns policy
ArteIncontro S.r.l. will replace any defective, damaged or mistakenly sent goods. The customer must return the item, packaged and specifying the reason for return.
Attention: postage fees will be reimbursed in the above cases only. Refunds will be paid according to the Italian Post S.p.A. fees for ordinary packages.
The customer must specify the nature and the localisation of the default. The refund must be requested within the 8th day of receipt of the item. We define the item as returned when it is received by the post office. We do not refund items damaged due to misuse.
The customer must specify the reason for return in writing
Return rights
As per the art.5 D. lg. 22.5.99 N. 185, the customer may assert their right to a refund within ten days after the receipt of the item in the following ways.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund by returning the goods within ten days of receipt. Postal charges are at your expense. The items must be complete and in the original condition.

Attention: Refunds under the value of Lit 50.000 are not covered by this legislation.
