Arte Incontro in Libreria
Quarterly newspaper of artistic and cultural news.

Arte Incontro in Libreria is Bocca Bookshop's newspaper. It was founded in Milan in 1990 by Donatella Bertoletti, Laura Corna and Giacomo Lodetti. Giampaolo Polvani also collaborated for the first numbers. It is published by the Bookshop and originally it was born as a four-monthly newspaper about Italian and foreign cultural publication. Art bookshops from Turin, Venice, Pavia, Genoa, Florence, Rome, Naples, Palermo, Madrid, Zurich, Lion, Paris, London, Brussels, Cologne and New York collaborate for foreign editing. In 2000 it became a quarterly newspaper. The director Maria Laura Corna and the editor Donatella Bertoletti consolidate the editorial structures:

            Third Page (Terza Pagina)
            Sought After (Introvabili)
            Special Offers (Unasolavolta)
            Artist's Graphic (Graficadautore)

Third Page is dedicated to the artists who offer one of their works to the Bookshop. Sought After concerns sold out or difficult to find books that we find for our customers. Special Offers is about books offered at a special price in a unique copy.
Other sections include "Antico per voi" (Ancient for you): a review about ancient and precious books; "Il Conoscitore di Stampe" (the Good Judge of Prints): privately offered old engravings; "Guida alla formazione di una biblioteca" (Guide to create a library): proposed by subject volumes as ceramics, furniture, painting of the seventeenth century, and so on; "Graficadautore": privately offered famous artists' graphics; "il Libro d'Artista": information and review of publishing for book-lovers.
Increasing the external editing to reach the widest range of operators of the field also consolidated the structure of the newspaper. The newspaper is financed by the free collaboration of the customers of the Bookshop, by the authors of the publishing house and by the advertisement and the sale of the reviewed books. Now the newspaper is composed of 54 pages, 12 in full colours. It is freely distributed to Bocca Club members. All the back issues of the newspaper have been edited in "Editoria e Arte a Milano".
